Plug in, turn Auto Level on, and chat for fifteen minutes. If chat never says you are too quiet or too loud, you do not need to drop to manual gain yet. Denoiser is a helper for a loud fan; back it off if the voice goes watery. Digital Popper Stopper can sit next to the foam windscreen.

Prefer the 3.5 mm jack for headphones so you are not stacking OBS monitor delay.
